Built in 1896 as a cobbler’s workshop, the building was lovingly restored by the Kosti family, preserving the stone and wood that carry the memories of generations. Today, Tsagariko Rooms invites you to experience authentic Tzoumerka hospitality, in a place where tradition meets modern comfort.

With two comfortable bedrooms, bright living spaces, a fully equipped bathroom, two WCs, and an open-plan kitchen and living area, the house is perfect for families or groups of friends looking for more than just accommodation. Every detail is designed to radiate warmth: from the traditional furniture and stone arches to the wooden ceilings and views of the mountains.

Giorgos is the youngest member of the Kostis family, who lovingly restored the village’s old cobbler’s workshop and transformed it into a welcoming guesthouse. At just 25 years old, he brings the freshness of a new generation, combined with tradition and a deep love for his homeland. Raised in Ioannina and Pramanta, he knows every corner of the village and will be happy to suggest walks, trails, and local experiences.
